Terms of Booking

The following terms and conditions do not always apply, as it depends on the client. Sometimes, another agreement will be in place. Please get in contact for more details.

AGREEMENT BETWEEN

Agreement is between Daniel Twist and the Client.

PROFESSIONAL

Daniel Twist will always act professionally and provide his services at the highest standard.

PAYMENT

Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit of £20 is required to confirm a booking and the remaining amount is payable on the day of the event, usually in cash.

Daniel accepts cash, BACS and Paypal.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS

Unless agreed otherwise, the Client may cancel a booking at any time, however the deposit is non-refundable. Use

If Daniel cancels the booking the Client will be refunded the deposit within 7 working days..

INSURANCE

Daniel Twist shall hold public liability insurance and provide proof of this upon request.

DISCLOSURE AND BARRING SERVICE

Daniel Twist shall provide the Client with a copy of DBS certificate upon request.

It’s not uncommon for the legal name on a DBS certificate to be different from the name (Professionally known) of the entertainer. However, all names known by are included on the certificate.
